Living With 23.0.1

The Living With app is available to patients who have been invited by their clinic to support remote management of their condition. It connects patients with their clinicians to monitor condition activity, track episodes, manage medications, and review related data.

It provides educational resources and self-care programmes, and it enables you to record personal trends and triggers that may inform your condition management.

Feature availability depends on the services your clinic provides. Examples include physical exercises, recording medications, monitoring weight, and following programmes for managing fatigue, pain, breathing, stress and anxiety, or sleep.

The app is designed for use by patients and clinicians within the NHS.
